Surah Ar-Rum (The Romans) — سورة الروم - **Verse:** 48 / 60 · **Juz:** 21 · **Mushaf page:** 408 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-ar-rum/verse-48 ## Arabic اَللّٰهُ الَّذ۪ي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُث۪يرُ سَحَاباً فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَٓاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَٓاءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفاً فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِه۪ۚ فَاِذَٓا اَصَابَ بِه۪ مَنْ يَشَٓاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِه۪ٓ اِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ ## Transcription Allahu allathee yursilu arriyahafatutheeru sahaban fayabsutuhu fee assama-ikayfa yashao wayajAAaluhu kisafan fatara alwadqayakhruju min khilalihi fa-itha asaba bihiman yashao min AAibadihi itha humyastabshiroon ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley It is Allah who sends the winds which stir up clouds which He spreads about the sky however He wills. He forms them into dark clumps and you see the rain come pouring out from the middle of them. When He makes it fall on those of His slaves He wills, they rejoice, ### Progressive Muslims God Who sends the winds, so they raise clouds, and He spreads them in the sky as He wishes, then He turns them into joined pieces, then you see the rain drops come forth from their midst. Sonunda kendi kullarından dilediğine verince, hemen sevince kapılıverirler. ### Hasan Basri Çantay — Kur'an-ı Hakim ve Meal-i Kerim Allah Odur ki rüzgarları gönderir de onlar bir bulut kaldırırlar), derken (Allah) bunu gökde nasıl dilerse öylece serer. Onu parça parça da eder. Nihayet görürsün ki aralarından yağmur çıkıb durmakdadır. Nihayet sen de aralarından yağmurun çıktığını görürsün. Allah'ın kullarından dilediğine verdiği yağmurla onlar hemen seviniverirler. ### Muhammed Esed — Kur'an Mesajı Bulutları yükseğe kaldırsın diye (umut) rüzgarlarını estiren O'dur! O, bulutları göklerin üzerine dilediği gibi yayar ve onları yarıp parçalar, böylece bulutların içinden yağmurların boşaldığını görürsün ve kullarından dilediğinin üzerine yağdırıp onları sevince boğar, ### Şaban Piriş — Kur'an-ı Kerim Türkçe Anlamı Rüzgarları gönderip, bulutları hareket ettiren, onu gökte istediği gibi yayan ve küme küme eden Allah'tır.
