In a few years — to God belongs the command before and after — and, that day, the believers will exult
in a few years’ time. The affair is Allah’s from beginning to end. On that day, the muminun will rejoice
In a few more years. The decision before and after is for God, and on that day the believers will rejoice.
Within ten years! For with Allah is the Command in the Past and in the Future. And on that day the believers too will have cause to rejoice.

3, 4, 5, The Romans -Christians- have been defeated (by the Persians) - Atheists-, in the land near by - (the near end of the Roman Empire, Syria). but the tide of battle shall turn and following their defeat shall victory and fortune sit on their helm, in some few years from hence. to Allah alone. The Ultimate Authority, are committed and submitted all matters and all affairs for consideration, decision and execution in the beginning and the end, past, present and time to come; there and then shall the Muslims rejoice beyond a common joy for the victory of the Romans. Allah gives mastery and triumph to whom. He will and He is AL-Aziz and AL-Rahim (the Almighty and the Merciful). Tide of battle
When this prophecy is fulfilled, the believers will rejoice of the fulfillment of God’s promise (prophecy), God helps whoever He wants;….
Within three to nine years. The decision of the matter, before and after (these events) is only with Allâh, (before the defeat of the Romans by the Persians, and after the defeat of the Persians by the Romans). And on that Day, the believers (i.e. Muslims) will rejoice (at the victory given by Allâh to the Romans against the Persians) -
Within a few years. With Allah is the Decision, in the past and in the Future: on that Day shall the Believers rejoice-
within three to nine years. The ˹whole˺ matter rests with Allah before and after ˹victory˺. And on that day the believers will rejoice

Within three to nine years. The power belongs to Allâh after (their defeat) as (it belonged to Him) before it. And on that day the believers (too) will rejoice
