Surah An-Naml (The Ant) — سورة النمل - **Verse:** 68 / 93 · **Juz:** 20 · **Mushaf page:** 382 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-an-naml/verse-68 ## Arabic لَقَدْ وُعِدْنَا هٰذَا نَحْنُ وَاٰبَٓاؤُ۬نَا مِنْ قَبْلُۙ اِنْ هٰذَٓا اِلَّٓا اَسَاط۪يرُ الْاَوَّل۪ينَ ## Transcription Laqad wuAAidna hatha nahnuwaabaona min qablu in hatha illaasateeru al-awwaleen ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley We have been promised this before, we and our fathers. This is nothing but myths and legends of previous peoples.’ ### Progressive Muslims "We have been promised this, both us and our fathers before.
