اَللّٰهُ لَٓا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظ۪يمِ

## Transcription

Allahu la ilaha illahuwa rabbu alAAarshi alAAatheem

- [1] This is one of the verses of the Quran, where its recital makes it obligatory to perform a Sajdah (prostration), and there is a consensus on this of the Muslim jurists. The object of performing a Sajdah here is that a believer should set himself apart from the sun-worshipers and should declare by his action that he does not regard the sun but Allah Almighty alone as his Deity and Lord.
