Surah An-Nahl (The Bee) — سورة النحل - **Verse:** 65 / 128 · **Juz:** 14 · **Mushaf page:** 273 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-an-nahl/verse-65 ## Arabic وَاللّٰهُ اَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَٓاءِ مَٓاءً فَاَحْيَا بِهِ الْاَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَاۜ اِنَّ ف۪ي ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِقَوْمٍ يَسْمَعُونَ۟ ## Transcription Wallahu anzala mina assama-imaan faahya bihi al-arda baAAdamawtiha inna fee thalika laayatan liqawminyasmaAAoon ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Allah sends down water from the sky and by it brings the dead earth back to life. There is certainly a Sign in that for people who hear. ### Progressive Muslims And God has sent down water from the sky, so He revives the land with it after its death.
