Surah Ali 'Imran (The Family of Imraan) — سورة آل عمران - **Verse:** 29 / 200 · **Juz:** 3 · **Mushaf page:** 52 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-ali-imran/verse-29 ## Arabic قُلْ اِنْ تُخْفُوا مَا ف۪ي صُدُورِكُمْ اَوْ تُبْدُوهُ يَعْلَمْهُ اللّٰهُۜ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمٰوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْاَرْضِۜ وَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَد۪يرٌ ## Transcription Qul in tukhfoo ma fee sudoorikumaw tubdoohu yaAAlamhu Allahu wayaAAlamu ma fee assamawatiwama fee al-ardi wallahu AAalakulli shay-in qadeer ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Say, ‘Whether you conceal what is in your breasts or make it known, Allah knows it. He knows what is in the heavens and what is on earth. Allah has power over all things.’ ### Progressive Muslims Say: "If you hide what is in your chests or you reveal it, God will know. " And He knows what is in the heavens and what is in the Earth; and God is capable of all things. ### Shabbir Ahmed Say, "Whether you hide your strategy or reveal it, Allah is fully Aware thereof. " And He knows all things and events in the heavens and all things and events in the earth. He is fully aware of everything in the heavens and the earth. GOD is Omnipotent. ### Mohamed Ahmed - Samira Say: "Whether you conceal or reveal whatsoever is in your hearts it is all known to God, as is known to Him all that is in the heavens and the earth; and God has the power over all things. And He knows that which is in the heavens and that which is on the earth. He knoweth that which is in the heavens and that which is in the earth, and Allah is Able to do all things. ### Abul A'la Maududi — Tafhim commentary Say: 'Whether you conceal what is in your hearts or disclose it, Allah knows it. Allah knows what is in the heavens and in the earth and He has power over everything.' ### Abdel Khalek Himmat — Al- Muntakhab Say to them: "Whether you conceal your thoughts and feelings and what your hearts forge, or you express them loudly or under your breath, all comes to Allah’s knowledge and He knows all that is in the heavens and on earth. He is Qadirun over all things". ### Bijan Moeinian Say: "Whatever you hide in your heart or make it public, God is aware of it. As a matter of fact, God knows everything which takes place in the heavens and on earth and is in absolute control. ### Al-Hilali & Khan Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Whether you hide what is in your breasts or reveal it, Allâh knows it, and He knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth.
