Surah Al-Qalam (The Pen) — سورة القلم - **Verse:** 33 / 52 · **Juz:** 29 · **Mushaf page:** 564 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-qalam/verse-33 ## Arabic كَذٰلِكَ الْعَذَابُۜ وَلَعَذَابُ الْاٰخِرَةِ اَكْبَرُۢ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ۟ ## Transcription Kathalika alAAathabu walaAAathabual-akhirati akbaru law kanoo yaAAlamoon ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Such is the punishment. And the punishment of the Next World is much greater if they only knew. ### Progressive Muslims Such was the punishment. But the retribution of the Hereafter is far worse, if they only knew. ### Shabbir Ahmed Such is the suffering!
