And We sent down from the sky water in measure, and gave it lodging in the earth — and We are able to take it away —

وَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَٓاءِ مَٓاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَاَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْاَرْضِۗ وَاِنَّا عَلٰى ذَهَابٍ بِه۪ لَقَادِرُونَۚ
