Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave) — سورة الكهف - **Verse:** 59 / 110 · **Juz:** 15 · **Mushaf page:** 299 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-kahf/verse-59 ## Arabic وَتِلْكَ الْقُرٰٓى اَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ لَمَّا ظَلَمُوا وَجَعَلْنَا لِمَهْلِكِهِمْ مَوْعِداً۟ ## Transcription Watilka alqura ahlaknahum lammathalamoo wajaAAalna limahlikihim mawAAida ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Those cities: We destroyed them when they did wrong and fixed a promised time for their destruction. ### Progressive Muslims And such are the towns which We had destroyed when they transgressed. And We made for their destruction an appointed time. ### Shabbir Ahmed Our Law of Requital annihilated many communities when they went on and on with their unjust systems.
