Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave) — سورة الكهف - **Verse:** 12 / 110 · **Juz:** 15 · **Mushaf page:** 293 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-kahf/verse-12 ## Arabic ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَاهُمْ لِنَعْلَمَ اَيُّ الْحِزْبَيْنِ اَحْصٰى لِمَا لَبِثُٓوا اَمَداً۟ ## Transcription Thumma baAAathnahum linaAAlama ayyualhizbayni ahsa lima labithoo amada ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Then We woke them up again so that We might see which of the two groups would better calculate the time they had stayed there. ### Progressive Muslims Then We sent them to know which of the two groups had remained for as long as they stayed. ### Shabbir Ahmed And then We caused them to rise (out of the Cave). We let them know for themselves which of the two groups, (the young men with their friends in town, or their opponents), had better availed the time.
