Who hears the proofs of God recited to him then persists in waxing proud as if he heard them not! Then give thou him tidings of a painful punishment.

يَسْمَعُ اٰيَاتِ اللّٰهِ تُتْلٰى عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُصِرُّ مُسْتَكْبِراً كَاَنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهَاۚ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ اَل۪يمٍ
