By thy life, they were in their intoxication wandering blindly!
By your life! They were wandering blindly in their drunkenness!
By your life, they are in their drunkenness, blundering.
The Messengers said to Lot, "They won't listen to you even if you preach them all your life. " They were totally intoxicated, stumbling up and down.
By thy life, they were in their intoxication wandering blindly!
By your life, they are in their intoxication, blundering.
By your life, they are in their drunkenness, blundering.
But, alas, they were totally blinded by their lust.
Verily by your life they were utterly confused in their (lustful) drunkenness.
By your life, , indeed they were, in their intoxication, wandering blindly.
"As thou livest, behold, in their delirium they are but blindly stumbling to and fro!"
By thy life (O Muhammad) they moved blindly in the frenzy of approaching death.
By your life, (O Prophet), they went about blindly stumbling in their intoxication.
"To your life, O prophets" he was told, "they -the wicked- are wandering here and there being deceived by their vain illusive sensuous perception which shall melt when the sun beams glow".
Alas they were drunk and out of their mind.
Verily, by your life (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم), in their wild intoxication, they were wandering blindly.
Verily, by thy life (O Prophet), in their wild intoxication, they wander in distraction, to and fro.
By your life ˹O Prophet˺, they certainly wandered blindly, intoxicated ˹by lust˺.
By your life, (O prophet) they were wandering blindly in their intoxication (misguidance).
By your life , they wandered on in their wild intoxication
By thy life, they wandered blindly in their dazzlement,
By thy life! verily, they were surely in their intoxication blindly wandering on!-
By your life (O Muhammad)! In their frenzy of intoxication (passion) they went blindly (distractedly) to and fro.
By your life, surely they were indeed blundering in their stupor.
As thou livest they wander in their folly.
Surely, by your life (O Prophet), in their wild misled condition (of intoxication), they wander distracted back and forth.
(Prophet!) by your (holy) life and by your true faith these (your opponents) are (also) wandering distractedly in a fit of frenzy.
By your life, they were bewildered in their drunkenness.
