Surah Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage) — سورة الحج - **Verse:** 58 / 78 · **Juz:** 17 · **Mushaf page:** 338 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-hajj/verse-58 ## Arabic وَالَّذ۪ينَ هَاجَرُوا ف۪ي سَب۪يلِ اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلُٓوا اَوْ مَاتُوا لَيَرْزُقَنَّهُمُ اللّٰهُ رِزْقاً حَسَناًۜ وَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِق۪ينَ ## Transcription Wallatheena hajaroofee sabeeli Allahi thumma qutiloo aw matoolayarzuqannahumu Allahu rizqan hasanan wa-inna Allahalahuwa khayru arraziqeen ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Those who make hijra in the Way of Allah and then are killed or die, Allah will provide for them handsomely. Truly Allah is the best Provider. ### Progressive Muslims And those who emigrated in the cause of God, then they were killed or died, God will provide them with a good provision, and God is the best of providers. ### Shabbir Ahmed And as for those who forsake the domain of evil in the Cause of Allah and are then slain or die, Allah will most certainly provide them a goodly sustenance. For, verily, Allah, He alone is the Best of providers. ### Sam Gerrans — The Qur'an: A Complete Revelation And those who emigrated in the cause of God, then were killed or died: God will provide for them a goodly provision; and God, He is the best of providers. ### The Monotheist Group — The Quran: A Monotheist Translation Andthose who emigrated in the cause of God, then they were killed or died, God will provide them with a good provision, and God is the best of providers. ### Rashad Khalifa — The Final Testament Those who emigrate for the sake of GOD, then get killed, or die, GOD will surely shower them with good provisions. And indeed, it is Allah who is the best of providers. ### Muhammad Asad AND AS FOR those who forsake the domain of evil (and strive) in God’s cause, and then are slain or die - God will most certainly provide for them a goodly sustenance [in the life to come] for, verily, God - He alone - is the best of providers; ### Marmaduke Pickthall Those who fled their homes for the cause of Allah and then were slain or died, Allah verily will provide for them a good provision. Lo! Allah, He verily is Best of all who make provision. ### Abul A'la Maududi — Tafhim commentary As for those who migrated in the way of Allah, whereafter they were slain, or died, Allah will certainly grant them a goodly provision. Indeed, Allah is the Best of all those who provide. ### Abdel Khalek Himmat — Al- Muntakhab And those who quit their homes and their towns to settle where they could best serve Allah's purpose and strive in His cause whether killed in action or died of natural causes shall be honoured. Allah shall make His grace abound in them, for He is indeed the best Purveyor of all the material necessities and of all the spiritual attributes; ### Bijan Moeinian As for those who were forced to leave their houses (and emigrate in account of their belief) and were either killed or died, God has provided for them a generous provision. Çünkü Allah elbette rızık verenlerin en hayırlısıdır. ### Gültekin Onan Tanrı yolunda hicret edip öldürülen veya ölenlere gelince muhakkak Tanrı, onları güzel bir rızıkla rızıklandıracaktır. Şüphesiz Tanrı, rızık verenlerin en hayırlısıdır. ### Hasan Basri Çantay — Kur'an-ı Hakim ve Meal-i Kerim Allah yolunda hicret edib de sonra öldürülmüş veya ölmüş olanlar (a gelince:) Allah onları muhakkak güzel bir rızık ile rızıklandıracakdır. Çünkü rızık verenlerin en hayırlısı muhakkak ki Allahdır, bizzat kendisidir. ### İbni Kesir Onlar ki; Allah yolunda hicret edip de sonra ölür veya öldürülürler; Allah onlara elbette güzel bir rızık verecektir. Şüphesiz ki Allah; rızık verenlerin en hayırlısıdır. ### Muhammed Esed — Kur'an Mesajı Öte yandan, zulüm diyarını terk eden (ve) Allah yolunda (kavgaya girişip) ölen ya da öldürülen kimselere gelince: muhakkak ki, Allah onları (öte dünyada) güzel bir rızıkla rızıklandıracaktır; çünkü, rızık verenlerin en iyisi, şüphesiz Allah'tır; ### Şaban Piriş — Kur'an-ı Kerim Türkçe Anlamı Allah yolunda hicret edenler, sonra öldürülenler veya ölenler ise, Allah onları elbette güzel bir rızıkla rızıklandıracaktır.
