And We said: “Strike it in some of them.” Thus gives God life to the dead, and shows His proofs to you, that you might use reason.

فَقُلْنَا اضْرِبُوهُ بِبَعْضِهَاۜ كَذٰلِكَ يُحْـيِ اللّٰهُ الْمَوْتٰى وَيُر۪يكُمْ اٰيَاتِه۪ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
