Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow) — سورة البقرة - **Verse:** 168 / 286 · **Juz:** 2 · **Mushaf page:** 24 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-baqarah/verse-168 ## Arabic يَٓا اَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الْاَرْضِ حَـلَالاً طَـيِّباًۘ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِۜ اِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُب۪ينٌ ## Transcription Ya ayyuha annasukuloo mimma fee al-ardi halalan tayyibanwala tattabiAAoo khutuwati ashshaytaniinnahu lakum AAaduwwun mubeen ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Mankind! eat what is good and lawful on the earth. And do not follow in the footsteps of Shaytan. He truly is an outright enemy to you. ### Progressive Muslims O people, eat of what is in the Earth as good and lawful, and do not follow the steps of the devil, he is to you a clear enemy. ### Shabbir Ahmed O' Mankind!
