“And remember when He made you successors after ʿĀd, and settled you in the earth; you make castles out of its plains and hew the mountains into houses. Then remember the favours of God and commit not evil in the earth, working corruption.”

Remember when He appointed you successors to ‘Ad and settled you in the land. You built palaces on its plains and carved out houses from the mountains. Remember Allah’s blessings and do not go about the earth, corrupting it.’
"And recall that He made you successors after 'Aad, and He established you in the land so that you make palaces on its plains, and you carve homes in the mountains. So recall God's grace, and do not roam the Earth as corrupters."
Saleh said, "Remember how He made you inherit the land after Aad and established you therein. You build castles in the valleys and carve out homes in the mountains. So, remember Allah's bounties and do not spread corruption in the land."

"And remember how He made you heirs to `Ad and settled you firmly on earth, so that you build for yourselves castles on its plains and hew out mountains as dwellings: remember, then, God's blessings, and do not act wickedly on earth by spreading corruption. "
And remember how He made you viceroys after A'ad and gave you station in the earth. Ye choose castles in the plains and hew the mountains into dwellings. So remember (all) the bounties of Allah and do not evil, making mischief in the earth.
And call to mind when He made you successors after 'Ad and gave you power in the earth so that you took for yourselves palaces in its plains and hewed out dwellings in the mountains.* Remember, then, the wondrous bounties of Allah and do not go about creating mischief in the land.'*
"Recall to mind His favours and impel yourselves to the feeling of gratitude for the efficacious grace He conferred on you. He made you the inheritors of the people of 'Ad (the 'Adites) and made the earth your world of destined habitation". "on its plains you erect buildings, palaces and castles, and its mountains you hew and carve into homes". "Therefore, remember with gratitude and humility the privileges He bestowed on you and stop making mischief on earth and refrain from creating discord".
"Never forget that your Lord replaced the people of Ad with you, gave you dignity and helped you to build your castles on the plains and carve out great houses inside the hills. Show your gratefulness by worshipping none but God and do not spread sinful behaviors on earth."

And remember as He made you successors even after c?d and located you in the earth, taking to your selves palaces of its plains, and hewing (its) mountains into homes; so remember the boons of Allah, and do not perpetrate (mischief) in the earth as corruptors.
And call to mind how He hath appointed you successors unto the tribe of Ad, and hath given you a habitation on earth; ye build yourselves castles on the plains thereof, and cut out the mountains into houses. Remember therefore the benefits of God, and commit not violence in the earth, acting corruptly.
"And remember how He made you to take after the ‘Ad people, and gave you places to live in the land: You built for yourselves palaces and castles in (open) plains, and carve out homes in the mountains; So remember the benefits (to you) from Allah, and keep away from evil and mischief on the earth. `And recall (His favour) when He made you (- Thamûd) the ruler after `Âd and assigned you abode in the land after your sufferings. You build castles in its plains, and hew out of the mountains houses. Remember, therefore, the favours of Allâh and do not commit mischief in the land, (acting as) creators of disorder.'
