Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights) — سورة الأعراف - **Verse:** 47 / 206 · **Juz:** 8 · **Mushaf page:** 155 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-araf/verse-47 ## Arabic وَاِذَا صُرِفَتْ اَبْصَارُهُمْ تِلْقَٓاءَ اَصْحَابِ النَّارِۙ قَالُوا رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِم۪ينَ۟ ## Transcription Wa-itha surifat absaruhumtilqaa as-habi annari qaloorabbana la tajAAalna maAAa alqawmi aththalimeen ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley When they turn their eyes towards the Companions of the Fire, they will say, ‘Our Lord, do not place us with the people of the wrongdoers!’ ### Progressive Muslims And when their eyes are turned towards the dwellers of the Fire, they Say: "Our Lord, do not make us with the wicked people!" ### Shabbir Ahmed When they turn to the ones who have been living a hellish life, they will say, "Our Lord!
