Surah Al-A'raf (The Heights) — سورة الأعراف - **Verse:** 198 / 206 · **Juz:** 9 · **Mushaf page:** 175 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-araf/verse-198 ## Arabic وَاِنْ تَدْعُوهُمْ اِلَى الْهُدٰى لَا يَسْمَعُواۜ وَتَرٰيهُمْ يَنْظُرُونَ اِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ ## Transcription Wa-in tadAAoohum ila alhuda layasmaAAoo watarahum yanthuroona ilayka wahumla yubsiroon ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley If you call them to guidance, they do not hear. You see them looking at you, yet they do not see. ### Progressive Muslims And if you invite them to the guidance, they do not listen. And you see them looking at you, while they do not see. ### Shabbir Ahmed Such people are lost in their reverence of false deities.
