Then when He gives them a sound one, they appoint Him partners in what He gave them; but exalted is God above that to which they ascribe a partnership!
Then when He granted them a healthy, upright child, they associated what He had given them with Him. But Allah is far above what they associate with Him!
But when He gave them an upright child, they made partners with Him in what He had given them. God be exalted above what they set up as partners.
But as soon as He grants them a sound baby, they begin to ascribe to other powers beside Him a share in bringing about what He has granted them. Exalted is He, High Above all that they associate with Him.
Then when He gives them a sound one, they appoint Him partners in what He gave them; but exalted is God above that to which they ascribe a partnership!
But when He gave them an upright child, they set up partners with Him in what He had given them. God be exalted above what they set up as partners.
But when He granted them a healthy child, they made others partners with Him regarding what He granted them. God be exalted above what they set up as partners.
But when He gives them a good baby, they turn His gift into an idol that rivals Him. GOD be exalted, far above any partnership.
But when they were given a healthy son, they started ascribing to other powers a share in what God had bestowed on them. But God is above what they ascribe to Him.
But when He gives them a good , they ascribe partners to Him concerning that which He has given them. Exalted is Allah above what they associate with Him.
And yet, as soon as He has granted them sound , they begin to ascribe to other powers beside Him a share in bringing about what He has granted them! Sublimely exalted, however, is God- above anything to which men may ascribe a share in His divinity!
But when He gave unto them aright, they ascribed unto Him partners in respect of that which He had given them. High is He Exalted above all that they associate (with Him).
But when He vouchsafes them a healthy child, they attribute to Him partners regarding what Allah had bestowed upon them. Subliminally exalted is Allah above that which they associate with Him.*
And when Allah Himself did, they ascribed to Him other deities, with whom they incorporated. Glory be to Him and extolled are His glorious attributes. He is infinitely far beyond all those they incorporate with Him.
But when God answered their prayer, , they associated other things with the Lord ( and started to worship wealth, women, kings,..., and worse than all these, the idols.)
But when He gave them (the polytheist and his wife) a Sâlih (good in every aspect) child, they ascribed partners to Him (Allâh) in that which He has given to them. High be Allâh, Exalted above all that they ascribe as partners to Him. (Tafsir Ibn Kathir).
But when He giveth them a goodly child, they ascribe to others a share in the gift they have received: but Allah is exalted high above the partners they ascribe to Him.
But when He granted their descendants good offspring, they associated false gods in what He has given them. Exalted is Allah above what they associate ˹with Him˺!
But when We bless them with a perfect child, they ascribe partners to Him in what He blessed them with. Indeed Allah is much higher than what they associate with Him.
and yet when He gives them a good child they ascribe some of what He has granted them to others.
Thereafter, when He gave them a righteous son, they assigned Him associates in that He had given them; but God is high exalted above that they associate.
And when He gave them both a rightly-shaped child they joined partners with Him for that which He had given them, but exalted be God above that which they associate with Him.
But when He gave them both a well-formed child, they joined partners with Him with respect to that which He had given them. But Allah is exalted above that which they associate with Him.
Then, as soon as He brought them a righteous (child), they set up for Him associates in what He had brought them. Yet Allah is Supremely Exalted above whatever they associate..
But when He gives them a good child, they associate with Him partners in respect of that which He has given them. But exalted is Allah far above what they associate with Him.
But when He does give them a good child, they give to others a share (of thanks) for the gift that they have received: But Allah is supremely High above the partners they ascribe to Him.
But when He gives them a good (child), they both ascribe to Him associates in respect of (the birth of) that (child) which He has given them. Allâh is Highly Exalted far above the things they associate (with Him).
Then when He gave them a healthy , they ascribed partners to Him in what He had given them. Exalted is Allah above any partners that they ascribe !
