And be in prudent fear of a means of denial not to befall those who do wrong among you exclusively; and know that God is severe in retribution.

Raise against that kind of collective sins which its punishment is not limited to those who commit it Know that God subjects the guilty ones to the most sever kind of punishment.
And fear the Fitnah (affliction and trial) which affects not in particular (only) those of you who do wrong (but it may afflict all the good and the bad people), and know that Allâh is Severe in punishment.
