Surah Al-Ahqaf (The Dunes) — سورة الأحقاف - **Verse:** 30 / 35 · **Juz:** 26 · **Mushaf page:** 505 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-al-ahqaf/verse-30 ## Arabic قَالُوا يَا قَوْمَنَٓا اِنَّا سَمِعْنَا كِتَاباً اُنْزِلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مُوسٰى مُصَدِّقاً لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ يَهْد۪ٓي اِلَى الْحَقِّ وَاِلٰى طَر۪يقٍ مُسْتَق۪يمٍ ## Transcription Qaloo ya qawmana innasamiAAna kitaban onzila min baAAdi moosa musaddiqanlima bayna yadayhi yahdee ila alhaqqi wa-ilatareeqin mustaqeem ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley They said, ‘Our people, we have heard a Book which was sent down after Musa, confirming what came before it, guiding to the truth and to a straight path. ### Progressive Muslims They said: "O our people, we have heard a Scripture that was sent down after Moses, authenticating what is present with him. After hearing the Quran they felt that it gave the same teachings as the former Prophets had been preaching. İsa aleyhisselamın da yasayı yani Musa'ya (a.s.) verilen şeriatı geçersiz kılmak için değil yerine getirmek için geldiği İncil'de yazar (Matta 5:17-19).
