No, indeed! He has not accomplished what He commanded him.

What a pity that man has not fulfilled what his Lord has commanded him.

By no means hath he fulfilled what Allah hath commanded him.
But no! They have failed to comply with what He ordered.
No! He has not yet fulfilled what He (Allah) had commanded him.
Yet man does not fulfil God’s commands.
No indeed! Man has not accomplished His bidding.
Nay, he has not fulfilled his bidding!
Nay; but man has not done that which He bade him.
Not at all! (Man) has not as yet performed what He has commanded him!
Assuredly. He hath not hitherto fully performed what God hath commanded him.
By no means has he (man) fulfilled what Allah has commanded him to do.
It cannot be (that there is no resurrection;) he has not yet carried out what He commanded him to do.
No indeed! He has not yet carried out what He had commanded him.
