But the satan caused them to fall therefrom, and turned them out of what they were in; and We said: “Get you all down, an enemy to one another; and for you in the earth are a dwelling-place and provision for a time.”

Inna allatheena tawallaw minkumyawma iltaqa aljamAAani innama istazallahumuashshaytanu bibaAAdi ma kasaboowalaqad AAafa Allahu AAanhum inna Allahaghafoorun haleem

Those who turned back among you the day the two hosts met: the satan caused them to slip only for some of what they earned. But God has pardoned them; God is forgiving and clement.

### 16. Surah An-Nahl, Verse 94

Wala tattakhithoo aymanakumdakhalan baynakum fatazilla qadamun baAAda thubootiha watathooqooassoo-a bima sadadtum AAan sabeeli Allahiwalakum AAathabun AAatheem

And take not your oaths as a deception between you lest a foot slip after its being firm and you taste evil for turning away from the path of God, and for you there be a great punishment.
