Waman athlamu mimman manaAAamasajida Allahi an yuthkara feehaismuhu wasaAAa fee kharabiha ola-ikama kana lahum an yadkhulooha illa kha-ifeenalahum fee addunya khizyun walahum fee al-akhiratiAAathabun AAatheem

And who is more unjust than he who hinders the places of worship of God, that His name be not mentioned therein, and strives to undermine them? Those: it was not for them to enter them save in fear; they have disgrace in the World, and they have in the Hereafter a great punishment.

Wa-ith qala ibraheemurabbi arinee kayfa tuhyee almawta qala awalam tu/min qala bala walakin liyatma-innaqalbee qala fakhuth arbaAAatan mina attayrifasurhunna ilayka thumma ijAAal AAala kulli jabalinminhunna juz-an thumma odAAuhunna ya/teenaka saAAyan waAAlamanna Allaha AAazeezun hakeem

And when Abraham said: “My Lord, show Thou me how Thou wilt give life to the dead,” He said: “Dost thou not believe?” Said he: “Verily, but that my heart should be at rest.” He said: “Take thou four birds, and cause thou them to incline to thee; then place thou a part of them upon each hill; then call thou to them — they will come to thee in haste. And know thou that God is exalted in might and wise.”

Innama jazao allatheenayuhariboona Allaha warasoolahu wayasAAawna feeal-ardi fasadan an yuqattaloo aw yusallabooaw tuqattaAAa aydeehim waarjuluhum min khilafin awyunfaw mina al-ardi thalika lahum khizyun fee addunyawalahum fee al-akhirati AAathabun AAatheem

The reward but of those who war against God and His messenger, and strive to work corruption in the land, that they be killed, or they be crucified, or their hands and feet be cut off on opposite sides, or they be banished from the land. Waqalati alyahoodu yadu Allahimaghloolatun ghullat aydeehim waluAAinoo bima qaloobal yadahu mabsootatani yunfiqu kayfa yashaowalayazeedanna katheeran minhum ma onzila ilayka minrabbika tughyanan wakufran waalqaynabaynahumu alAAadawata walbaghdaa ilayawmi alqiyamati kullama awqadoo naran lilharbiatfaaha Allahu wayasAAawna fee al-ardifasadan wallahu la yuhibbualmufsideen

And the Rabbinic Jews say: “The hand of God is fettered.” Fettered are their hands! And cursed are they for what they say! Nay, His hands are spread wide; He spends how He wills. And there increases many of them in inordinacy and denial what was sent down to thee from thy Lord. And We have cast among them enmity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection; whenever they lit the fire of war, God extinguished it; and they strive in the land for corruption; and God loves not the workers of corruption.

### 22. Surah Al-Hajj, Verse 51

Wajaa rajulun min aqsaalmadeenati yasAAa qala ya moosa innaalmalaa ya/tamiroona bika liyaqtulooka fakhruj innee lakamina annasiheen

And a man came running from the furthest part of the city: — he said: “O Moses: the eminent ones are taking counsel against thee, to kill thee. So leave thou. I am to thee a sincere counsellor.”

### 34. Surah Saba, Verse 5

### 37. Surah As-Saffat, Verse 102

Falamma balagha maAAahu assaAAyaqala ya bunayya innee ara fee almanamiannee athbahuka fanthur mathatara qala ya abati ifAAal ma tu/marusatajidunee in shaa Allahu mina assabireen

And when he reached the age of working with him, he said: “O my son: I saw in a dream, that I was sacrificing thee. So look thou — what seest thou?” He said: “O my father: do thou what thou art commanded; thou wilt find me, if God wills, of the patient.”

Yawma tara almu/mineena walmu/minatiyasAAa nooruhum bayna aydeehim wabi-aymanihim bushrakumualyawma jannatun tajree min tahtiha al-anharukhalideena feeha thalika huwa alfawzu alAAatheem

The day thou wilt see the believing men and the believing women, their light running before them and on their right hands: — “Your glad tidings this day: gardens beneath which rivers flow, you abiding eternally therein!” That is the Great Achievement.

### 62. Surah Al-Jumu'ah, Verse 9

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha noodiya lissalati min yawmialjumuAAati fasAAaw ila thikri Allahiwatharoo albayAAa thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntumtaAAlamoon

O you who heed warning: when the call is heard for the duty of the day of assembly, then hasten to the remembrance of God, and leave commerce; that is better for you, if you but knew.

### 66. Surah At-Tahrim, Verse 8

يَٓا اَيُّهَا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا تُوبُٓوا اِلَى اللّٰهِ تَوْبَةً نَصُوحاًۜ عَسٰى رَبُّكُمْ اَنْ يُكَفِّرَ عَنْكُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتِكُمْ وَيُدْخِلَكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْر۪ي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهَارُۙ يَوْمَ لَا يُخْزِي اللّٰهُ النَّبِيَّ وَالَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا مَعَهُۚ نُورُهُمْ يَسْعٰى بَيْنَ اَيْد۪يهِمْ وَبِاَيْمَانِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّـنَٓا اَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَاۚ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَد۪يرٌ

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanootooboo ila Allahi tawbatan nasoohanAAasa rabbukum an yukaffira AAankum sayyi-atikumwayudkhilakum jannatin tajree min tahtihaal-anharu yawma la yukhzee Allahu annabiyyawallatheena amanoo maAAahu nooruhum yasAAabayna aydeehim wabi-aymanihim yaqooloona rabbanaatmim lana noorana waghfir lanainnaka AAala kulli shay-in qadeer

O you who heed warning: turn to God in sincere repentance. It may be that your Lord will remove from you your evil deeds, and make you enter gardens beneath which rivers flow. The day God will not disgrace the Prophet and those who heed warning with him, their light running before them and on their right hand, they will say: “Our Lord: perfect Thou for us our light, and forgive Thou us; Thou art over all things powerful.”

### 76. Surah Al-Insan, Verse 22

Yawma yatathakkaru al-insanu masaAAa
