What ails you who, concerning the waverers, are two parties? And God turned them back for what they earned. Seek you to guide him whom God sent astray? And he whom God sends astray, for him thou wilt not find a path.

سَتَجِدُونَ اٰخَر۪ينَ يُر۪يدُونَ اَنْ يَأْمَنُوكُمْ وَيَأْمَنُوا قَوْمَهُمْۜ كُلَّمَا رُدُّٓوا اِلَى الْفِتْنَةِ اُرْكِسُوا ف۪يهَاۚ فَاِنْ لَمْ يَعْتَزِلُوكُمْ وَيُلْقُٓوا اِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّٓوا اَيْدِيَهُمْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْۜ وَاُو۬لٰٓئِكُمْ جَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَاناً مُب۪يناً۟

Satajidoona akhareena yureedoona anya/manookum waya/manoo qawmahum kulla ma ruddoo ilaalfitnati orkisoo feeha fa-in lam yaAAtazilookum wayulqooilaykumu assalama wayakuffoo aydiyahum fakhuthoohumwaqtuloohum haythu thaqiftumoohum waola-ikumjaAAalna lakum AAalayhim sultanan mubeena

You will find others desiring safety from you, and safety from their people; as often as they are turned back to the means of denial, they are turned over to it. And if they withdraw not from you and extend to you peace and restrain their hands, take them and kill them wheresoever you find them; and over those have We given you a clear authority.
