Or like a thundercloud from the sky wherein is darkness, and thunder, and lightning: they put their fingers in their ears against the thunderbolts in fear of death; but God encompasses the false claimers of guidance.

وَيُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِه۪ وَالْمَلٰٓئِكَةُ مِنْ خ۪يفَتِه۪ۚ وَيُرْسِلُ الصَّوَاعِقَ فَيُص۪يبُ بِهَا مَنْ يَشَٓاءُ وَهُمْ يُجَادِلُونَ فِي اللّٰهِۚ وَهُوَ شَد۪يدُ الْمِحَالِۜ

Wayusabbihu arraAAdu bihamdihiwalmala-ikatu min kheefatihi wayursilu assawaAAiqafayuseebu biha man yashao wahum yujadiloonafee Allahi wahuwa shadeedu almihal

And the thunder gives glory with His praise, as do the angels, in fear of Him. And He sends the thunderbolts, and strikes therewith whom He wills. And they dispute concerning God; and He is strong in assault.
