And He is the Conqueror over His servants; and He sends guardians over you. When death has come to one of you, Our messengers take him, and they fail not;

Waqala almalao min qawmi firAAawnaatatharu moosa waqawmahu liyufsidoo fee al-ardiwayatharaka waalihataka qala sanuqattilu abnaahumwanastahyee nisaahum wa-inna fawqahum qahiroon

And the eminent ones among the people of Pharaoh said: “Wilt thou leave Moses and his people to work corruption in the land, and leave thee and thy gods?” Said he: “We will kill their sons and spare their women; for indeed we have them in subjugation.”

قُلْ مَنْ رَبُّ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِۜ  قُلِ اللّٰهُۜ  قُلْ اَفَاتَّخَذْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِه۪ٓ اَوْلِيَٓاءَ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِاَنْفُسِهِمْ نَفْعاً وَلَا ضَراًّۜ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الْاَعْمٰى وَالْبَص۪يرُۙ  اَمْ هَلْ تَسْتَوِي الظُّلُمَاتُ وَالنُّورُۚ  اَمْ جَعَلُوا لِلّٰهِ شُرَكَٓاءَ خَلَقُوا كَخَلْقِه۪ فَتَشَابَهَ الْخَلْقُ عَلَيْهِمْۜ  قُلِ اللّٰهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ

Qul man rabbu assamawatiwal-ardi quli Allahu qul afattakhathtummin doonihi awliyaa la yamlikoona li-anfusihimnafAAan wala darran qul hal yastawee al-aAAmawalbaseeru am hal tastawee aththulumatuwannooru am jaAAaloo lillahi shurakaakhalaqoo kakhalqihi fatashabaha alkhalqu AAalayhim quliAllahu khaliqu kulli shay-in wahuwa alwahidualqahhar

Say thou: “Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?” Say thou: “God.” Say thou: “Have you then taken, besides Him, allies which have not power to do themselves benefit or harm?” Say thou: “Is the blind equal to the seeing? Or is darkness equal to the light?” If they have ascribed to God partners that created the like of His creation, then the creation appears the same to them. Say thou: “God is creator of all things, and He is the One, the Vanquishing.”

### 39. Surah Az-Zumar, Verse 4

Law arada Allahu an yattakhithawaladan lastafa mimma yakhluqu mayashao subhanahu huwa Allahu alwahidualqahhar

Had God willed to take a son, He would have chosen from what He created what He willed. Glory be to Him! He is God, the One, the Vanquishing!

### 40. Surah Ghafir, Verse 16

The day they emerge nothing of them will be hidden from God: “Whose is the dominion this day?” — “It belongs to God, the One, the Vanquishing:

### 93. Surah Ad-Duhaa, Verse 9
