Those who deny Our proofs, We will burn them in a Fire; as often as their skins are burnt through We will change them for other skins, that they might taste the punishment; God is exalted in might and wise.

Wallahu jaAAala lakum minbuyootikum sakanan wajaAAala lakum min juloodi al-anAAamibuyootan tastakhiffoonaha yawma thaAAnikumwayawma iqamatikum wamin aswafihawaawbariha waashAAariha athathanwamataAAan ila heen

And God made for you from your houses a place of rest; and He made for you from the hides of cattle houses which you find light on the day of your journey and on the day of your sojourn; and of their wool and their fur and their hair furnishing and enjoyment for a time.

### 24. Surah An-Nur, Verse 2

Azzaniyatu wazzaneefajlidoo kulla wahidin minhuma mi-atajaldatin wala ta/khuthkum bihima ra/fatunfee deeni Allahi in kuntum tu/minoona billahiwalyawmi al-akhiri walyashhad AAathabahumata-ifatun mina almu/mineen

The unchaste woman and the unchaste man: lash each one of the two with a hundred lashes, and let not pity for them take you concerning the doctrine of God if you believe in God and the Last Day. And let witness their punishment a number of the believers.

Wallatheena yarmoona almuhsanatithumma lam ya/too bi-arbaAAati shuhadaa fajlidoohumthamaneena jaldatan wala taqbaloo lahum shahadatanabadan waola-ika humu alfasiqoon

And those who accuse chaste women then bring not four witnesses: lash them with eighty lashes, and accept not of them witness ever — and it is they who are the perfidious —

### 39. Surah Az-Zumar, Verse 23

اَللّٰهُ نَزَّلَ اَحْسَنَ الْحَد۪يثِ كِتَاباً مُتَشَابِهاً مَثَانِيَۗ  تَقْشَعِرُّ مِنْهُ جُلُودُ الَّذ۪ينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْۚ ثُمَّ تَل۪ينُ جُلُودُهُمْ وَقُلُوبُهُمْ اِلٰى ذِكْرِ اللّٰهِۜ ذٰلِكَ هُدَى اللّٰهِ يَهْد۪ي بِه۪ مَنْ يَشَٓاءُۜ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللّٰهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ هَادٍ

Allahu nazzala ahsana alhadeethikitaban mutashabihan mathaniya taqshaAAirruminhu juloodu allatheena yakhshawna rabbahum thummataleenu julooduhum waquloobuhum ila thikri Allahithalika huda Allahi yahdee bihi man yashaowaman yudlili Allahu fama lahu min had

God has sent down the best narration: a Writ of paired comparison whereat shiver the skins of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts soften to the remembrance of God — that is the guidance of God wherewith He guides whom He wills; and whom God sends astray, for him there is no guide.

When they have reached it, their hearing and their sight and their skins will bear witness against them as to what they did.

### 41. Surah Fussilat, Verse 21

Waqaloo lijuloodihim lima shahidtumAAalayna qaloo antaqana Allahuallathee antaqa kulla shay-in wahuwa khalaqakumawwala marratin wa-ilayhi turjaAAoon

And they will say to their skins: “Why bore you witness against us?” They will say: “God gave us speech, who gave all things speech. And He created you the first time, and to Him are you returned.

### 41. Surah Fussilat, Verse 22

وَمَا كُنْتُمْ تَسْتَتِرُونَ اَنْ يَشْهَدَ عَلَيْكُمْ سَمْعُكُمْ وَلَٓا اَبْصَارُكُمْ وَلَا جُلُودُكُمْ وَلٰكِنْ ظَنَنْتُمْ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَعْلَمُ كَث۪يراً مِمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ

Wama kuntum tastatiroona an yashhadaAAalaykum samAAukum wala absarukum walajuloodukum walakin thanantum anna Allahala yaAAlamu katheeran mimma taAAmaloon

“And you hid not yourselves, lest your hearing and your sight and your skins bear witness against you; but you thought that God knew not much of what you did.
