And We will test you until We know the strivers among you, and the patient; and We will test your assertions.
We will test you until We know the true fighters among you and those who are steadfast and test what is reported of you.
And We will test you until We know those who strive among you and those who are patient. And We will bring out your qualities.
And verily We shall try you all in order to distinguish the valiant among you and the steadfast. And We shall put your reputation to test.
And We will test you until We know the strivers among you, and the patient; and We will test your assertions.

We will certainly put you to the test, in order to distinguish those among you who strive, and steadfastly persevere. We must expose your true qualities.
We shall try you in order to know who are the fighters among you, and who are men of fortitude, and verify your histories.
And We will surely test you until We make evident those who strive among you and the patient, and We will test your affairs.
and most certainly We shall try you all, so that We might mark out those of you who strive hard and are patient in adversity: for We shall put to a test all your assertions.
And verily We shall try you till We know those of you who strive hard (for the cause of Allah) and the steadfast, and till We test your record.
We shall certainly test you until We know those of you who truly strive and remain steadfast, and will ascertain about you.
In fact, We will most certainly try you people to distinguish you into those who consider Allah's purpose the heart of their purpose and strive patiently in His cause, and those who are not moved to action; and to ascertain your spirit and your worth when you engage in the practical test of actual experience.
I will certainly put you to the test so that you may have an opportunity to show your real selves; so that you show your patience and struggle in the way of God.
And surely, We shall try you till We test those who strive hard (for the Cause of Allâh) and As-Sâbirûn (the patient), and We shall test your facts (i.e. the one who is a liar, and the one who is truthful).
And We shall try you until We test those among you who strive their utmost and persevere in patience; and We shall try your reported (mettle).
We will certainly test you ˹believers˺ until We prove those of you who ˹truly˺ struggle ˹in Allah’s cause˺ and remain steadfast, and reveal how you conduct yourselves.
And We will certainly test you until We know those of you who carry out Jihād (struggle in Allah’s way) and observe patience, and until We check your episodes.
We shall test you to see which of you strive your hardest and are steadfast; We shall test the sincerity of your assertions.
And We shall assuredly try you until We know those of you who struggle and are steadfast, and try your tidings.
But we will try you until we know those among you who fight strenuously and the patient; and we will try the reports concerning you.
And most certainly We will try you until We have tested those among you who strive hard, and the steadfast, and made your case manifest.
And indeed We will definitely try you until We know the ones of you who strive and the ones who are (steadfastly) patient and (we will) try your tidings (i. e., test your news to see who is a liar).
And We will try you, until We know those among you who fight valiantly, and who persevere with constancy; and We will try the reports of your behaviour.
And We shall try you until We test those among you who do their very best and continue to work very hard in patience; And We shall try your stated (and true character).
(Muslims!) We will put you to trial until We make manifest those among you who strive their utmost (in the cause of Allâh), and those who persevere in patience, and We will (entrust you with such tasks as may) bring to light your reported mettle (and inner merits).
We will surely test you until We ascertain those of you who wage jihād and those who are steadfast, and We shall appraise your record.
