Have they then not considered the word with care? If there has come to them what came not to their fathers of old,
Do they not ponder these words? Has anything come to them that did not come to their ancestors the previous peoples?
Did they not ponder the words, or has what come to them not come to their fathers of old
Have they not pondered the Word? Is the Revelation something that never came to their remote forefathers, ( Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, and others)?
Have they then not considered the word with care? If there has come to them what came not to their fathers of old,
Didthey not ponder the words, or has there come to them that which had not come to their fathers of old?
Did they not ponder the words, or has what come to them not come to their fathers of old?
Why do they not reflect upon this scripture? Do they not realize that they have received something never attained by their ancestors?
Why did they not think over the message? Or has something come to them which had not come to their fathers?
Then have they not reflected over the Qur'an, or has there come to them that which had not come to their forefathers?
Have they, then, never tried to understand this word ? Or has there come to them something that never came to their forefathers of old?
Have they not pondered the Word, or hath that come unto them which came not unto their fathers of old?
Did they never ponder over this Word* (of God)? Or has he (to wit, the Messenger) brought something the like of which did not come to their forefathers* of yore?
Do they -these infidels- not pause to think and employ the faculty of reason and reflect upon the discourse reaching their ears to realize that it is the truth personified! or have they received a message unheard of nor was it conveyed to their forefathers!
Do the disbelievers ever consider My Revelations worthy of thinking about? Do they reject it simply because their forefathers had not heard it?
Have they not pondered over the Word (of Allâh, i.e. what is sent down to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم), or has there come to them what had not come to their fathers of old?
Do they not ponder over the Word (of Allah), or has anything (new) come to them that did not come to their fathers of old?
Is it because they have never contemplated the Word ˹of Allah˺? Or ˹because˺ there has come to them something that did not come to their forefathers?
Then, is it that they did not ponder over the Word (of Allah), or there has come to them something that did not come to their forefathers?
Have they not contemplated the Word of God? Has something come to them that did not come to their forefathers?
Have they not pondered the saying, or came there upon them that which came not upon their fathers, the ancients?
Is it that they did not ponder over the words, whether that has come to them which came not to their fathers of yore?
In arrogant scorn thereof, raving vain nonsensical tales by night.
So have they not pondered over the Saying, or did there come to them that which did not come up to their earliest fathers?
Do they not therefore attentively consider that which is spoken unto them; whether a revelation is come unto them which came not unto their forefathers?
Do they not think deeply over the Word (of Allah), or has anything (new) come to them (now) that did not already come to their fathers of old?
Have they not then pondered over the (Divine) word? As a matter of fact there has come to them that which had not come to their fathers of old.
Have they not contemplated the discourse, or has anything come to them that did not come to their forefathers?
