And those who act upon the purity.
those who pay zakat;
And they are active towards betterment.
They are the setters up of the Just Economic Order of ZAKAT (in which wealth circulates in the society and nourishes every individual).

And they give their obligatory charity (Zakat).
Who strive for betterment;
And they who are observant of zakah
and who are intent on inner purity;
And who are payers of the poor-due;
who observe Zakah;*
Who perform the religious duty of giving Zakat (alms) with the sympathetic feeling toward the poor and their due.
The believers are those who devote a prescribed part of their income to charity.
And those who pay the Zakât.
Who are active in deeds of charity;
those who pay alms-tax;
and who are performers of Zakāh,
who pay the prescribed alms,
and at almsgiving are active
and who in almsgiving are active.
And who shun vain talk,
And the ones who at giving the Zakat (i. e., paying the poor-dues) are active. (Literally: are performers)
and who are doers of alms-deeds;
And those who are give (the due) charity;
And who act conscientiously for the sake of purity (and regularly present the Zakât),
who carry out their zakāt,
