And they say: “The Fire will not touch us save days numbered.” Say thou: “Have you taken a covenant with God — for God will not fail in His covenant — or do you ascribe to God what you know not?”

وَقَالُوا لَنْ تَمَسَّنَا النَّارُ اِلَّٓا اَيَّاماً مَعْدُودَةًۜ قُلْ اَتَّخَذْتُمْ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ عَهْداً فَلَنْ يُخْلِفَ اللّٰهُ عَهْدَهُٓ اَمْ تَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّٰهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Waqaloo lan tamassana annaruilla ayyaman maAAdoodatan qul attakhathtumAAinda Allahi AAahdan falan yukhlifa AllahuAAahdahu am taqooloona AAala Allahi ma lataAAlamoon
